Right now rates continue to stay relatively steady. They are ranging anywhere from the high 4's to the low 5's. It just depends on so many factors as to where you would land in that range.
The thing we continue to see is rates are not breaking through the clear floor they hit, which is the high 4's. They hit that floor and bounce of it to the low 5's, then float back down and hit the floor. Right now we do not see factors pushing them through that floor, unless the Feds "force" them down. But there is zero indication that will happen at this time.
