Banks Halting Foreclosures, States Investigating

Banks are under tremendous scrutiny for their foreclosure practices, and states are now launching their own investigations. We are not sure exactly what may come out of this; it could be nothing. But these are interesting developments. Will foreclosures stop altogether? Doubt it, but...
